Mantras. Ever heard of ’em? These are words or phrases repeated over and over again to create positive changes. Very often mantras are used to shift feelings or attitudes. Ever thought about using them to shift behaviors?

Many of us curse ourselves for not being prepared at tax time. Maybe with some consistent repitition this year, we can create accomplishments and avoid this trepidation next year. Here are a couple mantras to help:

– I accomplish bookkeeping tasks easily and effortlessly.

– I recognize that my time is like money, I have to invest some, to gain some.

– I take the necessary time to do my bookkeeping, because I know that by doing so, it minimizes my daily stress.
