Keep those receipts. Business expenses are not an allowed deduction without support showing how much was paid and the business purpose of the expense. Keep your receipts and other supporting documents organized and in a safe place.
We like to keep things simple here. At least for you and your business! Want a tip? Use a bank statement with a month-end cutoff date. Lining up your bank statement with other monthly records will make it much easier to reconcile your statement and track expenses.
